WHEREAS, WILFRED B. TAYLOR and ORVILLE J. GOO~6IN, as trustees
under declaration of trust dated September 30, 1953; have presented to
the City Council a grant deed, dated January 6, 1954, without consideration
from the City, conveying property for street purposes in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of Lot 4 of the Mabury Tract as shown on a
map thereof recorded in book 165, at page 301 of Deeds,
records of Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of said Lot 4
distant thereon 606 feet Easterly from the intersection
of said Southerly line with the center line of English
Street, and running thence East, along said Southerly
line, 60 feet; thence North 0° 151 24" East 290 feet;
thence West, parallel with said Southerly line, 60 feet;
thence South 0° 15~ 24" West 290 feet to the point of
beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion included within Fifteenth
Street.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be properly recorded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Ci~YlCOuncil of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of May, 1954.
