WHEREAS, ERNEST J. PETERSON and EINER P. PETERSON, as Executors of
the Last Will and Testament of Minnie M. Peterson, deceased, have presented
to the City Council a grant deed, dated November 19, 195h, conveying property
in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orauge, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 5 feet of the
following described property:
The West 150 feet of the South 50 feet of Lot B of the McFadden-
Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 21, page 91,
Miscellaneous Records, Los Angeles County, California, and being a
part of the South half of Lot 7, as shown on a map of a part of Lots
B and 5 of McFadden-Wilson Tract, filed in Book l, page 54, Record of
Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County.
NOW, TIt~u~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
