PROPERTY FOR S~-----'T---PURPOSES
WHEREAS, PAUL J. MAP~ and BRLRN M. MARKEY, husband and wife, as joint
tenants, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated December 27,
1954, conveying property in the City of ~anta Aha, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The North 14 feet of Lot 9 and the South 26 feet of Lot 7 of the
R. H. Skiles' Addition to Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 3, page 5, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County.
NOW, TMR. REFORE~ BE IT i~80LVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 3rd day of January , 1955.
