PROPERTY FOR STA~T~T PURPOSES
WHEREAS, FLORINE C. FELDNER has presented to the City Council a
grant deed, dated December 16, 1954, conveying property in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Easement for street purposes over the Westerly 5 feet of the
following described property:
The North 51.04 feet of the southerly 251.O4 feet of the West
125 feet of Lot 5, as shown on a map of part of Lots 3 and 5 of the
McFadden-Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book l,
page 54, Licensed Surveyor's Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOP'~Dby the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of January , 1955.
