FOR STPa~'I' IMPRO--~V~S UNDER PRIVATE CONTRACT
WHEREAS, Section 9331 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code provides authority
for the adoption of standards for street improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha hereby adopts by reference, that certain document entitled "Specifi-
cations for Street Improvements Under Private Contract in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California", and declares that the same shall apply to
all street in~provements hereafter made under private contract on any public
streets or ways within the City.
BE IT FURTNER RESOLVED: That a copy of said document be maintained on
file in the offices of the Clerk of the Council, the Planning Director and the
City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 3rd day of January . .. , 1955.
