PROPERTY FOR ST~T PURPOSES
WHEREAS, LOUISE AUBEEY, as her separate property, has presented to
the City Council a grant deed, dated January ll, 1955, conveying property
in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
An easement for street purposes:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The South half of the West half of Lot 3 of a part of Lots 3
and 5 of McFadden-Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, as shown on a m~p thereof recorded
in Book l, page 54, Record of Surveys, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County.
Also, a right of way over a strip of land 4 feet in width, the
South Line of which is on the South Line of the North half of the
West half of said Lot 3 for a private driveway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 17th day of January , 1955.
