AC. CEPTING QUITCLAIM
WHEREAS, FRANKLIN SUITS has presented to the City Council a quit-
claim deed, dated December 30, 195h, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The West 5 feet of Lot 3 in Block "A" of Tract No. 225
Mcfadden Home Place No. l, as per map thereof, recorded
in Book 13, Page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
PASSED AND ADOPTEoby the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 17th day of Januar~ , 1955.
