WHEltEAS, TONY LUNA has presented to the City Council a grant deed,
dated January 14, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the easterly lO feet of
Lot 18 in Block "B" of Goldsmiths Addition to the Town of Santa Ana,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 31, page 23, of Miscel-
laneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
EXCEPT the South 45 feet thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed
and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
meeting held on the 7th day of February , 1955.
