WHEREAS, LEILAMAE RAMEY, a n~rried wom~n, has presented to the City
Council a grant deed, dated January lb, 1955, in consideration of
conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
The North 49 feet of Lot 7 and the South i foot of Lot 8 of
Stouts Addition to Santa Aha, as sho%rn on a map thereof recorded
in book 6, page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.~
NOW, THEREFOEEj BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange Countyj California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 7th day of February , 1955.
