WHEi%EAS, LAURA CROW'ELL and EVERETT R. CROWELL, have presented to the
City Council a grant deed, dated January 24j 1955, in consideration of pay-
ment of $992.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the easterly l0 feet of
Lot i in Block ~'C" of Goldsmith's Addition to the Town of Santa
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, page 23 of Miscel-
laneous Records of Los Angeles County~ California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED ~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
