AVENUE BETWEEN THE SANTA FE RAILROAD TRACKS AND
LYON STREET
WHEEEAS, development of land along Chestnut Avenue is now proposed
and owners of land fronting on said street have requested a determination
of policy as to the ultimate width of said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City
of Santa Aha does hereby adopt that said map showing the proposed street
width and alignment of Chestnut Avenue between the Santa Fe Railroad Tracks
and Lyon Street as an official designation and determination of the width
and alignment of the Chestnut Avenue in said area, under the provisions of
Section 9221.1 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code~ and direct that a copy of
said map be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Council as a part of
this resolution.
