WHEREAS, THOMAS SHOEN, has presented to the City Council a grant deed,
dated February 4, 1955, without cash consideration, conveying property in the
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes, over the following described
property:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Tract No. 1804, as
shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 53, at Page 4~, of Miscel-
laneous Maps, Records of Orange County; said point of beginning being 330
feet Westerly from the center line of Bristol Street, as shown on
said Tract ~1804~ thence South 89° 33' 45" West 171.O0 feet along
said North line of said Tract No. 1804~ thence North Oo 13' 00"
West 27.00 feet~ thence North 89° 33' 45" East 171.OO feet to the
Southwest corner of the lot shown on Tract No. 999, as per map
thereof, recorded in Book 33 at Page l0 of Miscellaneous Maps~
Records of Orange County~ thence South O° 13' 00" East along the
West line of Pine Street, as shown on said map of said Tract No. 999,
27.00 feet to the point of beginning.
All bearings and distances are as shown on a map prepared by
D. D. Hillyard, December, 195~, and approved by Hugh H. Foreman,
Acting City Engineer, February ~, 1955, which is proposed to be re-
corded.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 7th day of Februar~ , 1955.
