Wi~EREAS~ CELIA JOSELLE has presented to the City Council a qu~t-
claim deed.~ dated February 7~ 1955~ conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana~ County of Orange~ State of California~ described as:
An easement for street purposes over~
ne Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 9 in Block 5 of the South Side Addition to the City of
Santa Ana, in the City of Santa A~a~ County of Orange~ State of
California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 3~ page
44~ Miscellaneous Maps~ records of said Orange County.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County~ California.
