W~REAS~ PHOEBE PEACOCK~ who acquired title as Phoebe Simpson~ wife
of J. P. Peacock~ as to an undivided 1/2 interest~ and J. P. PEACOCK,
husband of Phoebe Peacock~ as to an undivided 1/2 interes% as his separate
property~ have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated February 8,
1955~ conveying property in the City of Santa Ana~ County of '0range~ State
of California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 9 in Block 7 of the South Side Addition to the City of
Santa Ana~ in the City of San~ Ana, County of Orange~ State of
California, as show~ on a map thereof recorded in book 3~ page 44,
Miscellaneous M~ps~ records of said Orange County.
NOW~ TKEREFOHE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
