AND DELIVERING O~ DEED CONVEYING CITY-O'gNED PROPERTY
W.~E.~EAS, heretofore, on February 7~ 1955, the hour set for the sale
of certain real property owned by tl~ Ci%~ of Santa ~a, Duncan W. Langton
was high b~dder and the property hereinbelow described was sold to him for
an amount of $1,760.00;
NOW~ TB~P~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana hereby accepts and approves the offer of Duncan W. La~gton to purchase
the property located in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange~ State of
California, and described as:
Lot Seventeen in Block "P" of the "Heil Tract": as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 23, page 28 of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California,
for the sum of $1,760.00~ and directs the Mayor to execute the escrow instructions
and authorizes and directs the Mayor to execute the deed to said property and to
deliver the same through escrow to said purchaser.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular raeetiug held on the 21st day of Februar~ , 1955.
