~i~ERFJ~S, SUNNY HOMES, INC., a corporation, has presented to the City
Council an easement deed~ dated Fe'bruary 11~ 1955~ without cash cnnsideration,
conveying property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of
California~ described as:
An easement 20 feet in width for the construction and maintenance
of a sanitary sewer over~ under and along those portions of Lots 45~
63, and 77 of a Re-Plat of Santa Ana Acres as shown on a l~p recorded
in Book 5, page 8 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, and of Lot K of Revised Plat of the West Tract as shown on
a Map recorded in Book t, page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps~ records of
Orange County, California~ and being ten feet on each side of the
following described center line:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot 48, distant
South 89° 58' 49" East 114.33 feet from the Northwest corner of said
Lot 45; thence South 0° 12' 31" West 1441.75 feet to the Northerly
terminus of the center line of Douglas Street as shown on the ~ap of
Tract No. 2070 recorded in Book uo~ page 27 of Miscellaneous Maps~
records of Orange County, California.
NOW~ TKEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the Cit~ of Santa Ann accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 21st day of ..... February , 1955.
