~HEREAS, HATTIE M. WHIDDEN, has presented to the City Coumcil a grant
deed, dated February 18, 1955~ conveying property in the City of Santa Ana~
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over~
The Easterly 5 feet on the West Side of Main Street, of the follow-
ing described property:
Lot 11 in Block 1 of the South Side Addition to Santa Ana~ in the
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a map thereof, recorded in book 3, page 44, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Ora~lge County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 21st day of February , 1955.
