An easeraent for street purposes over the Easterly 5 feet of Lot
15 in block 7 of South Side Addition to Santa ~ma~ in the Cit~
of Santa Ana~ county of Orang% State of California, as per map
recorded in book 3~ page 44, of Miscellaneous Maps~ in the office
of the Count Recorder of said County.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT [%ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann accepts
sa~d deed and. the Clerk of the Council is hereb; instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the Count~ Recorder of Orange Count)~ California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Cit2 of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 21st da~ of February , 1955.
