SETBACK LINE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WEST SEVENT~.m~.NTH ST~T
BETWEEN BRISTOL S~REET AND BAKER STREET
W~REAS, the City Comncil believes there is a need for a transition
setback as herein set out.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOL~YED: T~at the Citj Cou~cil of the City of
Santa Ana hereby, declares its intention to establish a sethack line as provided
for in Sections 9155 through 9158 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code as follows:
West Seventeenth Street, on the north side, between Bristol
Street and Baker Street, 90 feet north of the surveyed center
line measured at right angles.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 o'clock P. M. on the 21st day of
March~ 1955, at the Council Chambers is hereby established as the hour s~d place
when all persons having any objections to the establis?m]ent of said proposed set-
back line may appear and present objections thereto.
BE IT FURTHER iQESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed
to publish notice of sain hearing by publishing a copy of this Resolution once
in the Santa Aha Independent, a newspaper printed, published and circulated in
the City of Santa Ana a~d hereby designated for that purpose, and the Engineer's
Office is directed to post one copy of this Resolution conspicuously upon said
Street in front of each block of said Street where said setback line is proposed
to be established. Both publication and posting shall be made at least 10 days
before the time of said hearing.
