WHEREAS~ CLIFFORD W. CHAPMAN, JR., a married man, has presented to
Council a grant deed, dated February 4, 1955, conveying property in
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet of
Lot i in Block "D" of Goldsmith's Addition to the Town of
Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 31,
page 23 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 7th da~ of March , 1955o
