WHEREAS, EUNICE L. CALDWELL, as to an undivided 1/3 interest, RICHARD
W. TAYLOR, as to an undivided 1/3 interest, and WILFRED B. TAYLOR, as to an
undivided 1/3 interest, have presented to the City Council a grant deed,
dated February 23~ 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over
The Easterly 5 feet on the West Side of Main Street, of the
following described property:
Lot 11 in Block 3 of the South Side Addition to Santa Ana, in
the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page 44, Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 7th day of March , 1955.
