WHEREAS, GEORGE J. WANGER and CHARLOTTE V. WANGER, husband and wife,
as joint tenants, have presented to the City Co~Lucil a grant deed, dated
February 22, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa An~, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5 feet on the West side of Main Street of the
following described property:
The South 49 feet of Lot 4 in Block 16 of Palmer's Addition
to the Town of Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof, re-
corded in book 3~, page 87, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder oF Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOP'±~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the ~th day of Narch , 1955.
