WHEREAS, GLADYS B. YOUNG, has presented to the City Council a
grant deed, dated February 23, 1955, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet on the East side of South Main Street,
of the following described property:
All that certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The North half of the following described property:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot l0 in Block 6 of
Lyon's Addition to Santa Ana, as show~ on a map thereof re-
corded in book 15, page 49, Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California, and running thence East 159 feet;
thence South 97.50 feet; thence West 159 feet; to the East line
of Main Street, and thence North 97.50 feet to the point of be-
ginning.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 7th
