WHEREAS, GEORGE W. TOWNSEND and M. AGNES TOWNSEND, a husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated February 28, 1955,
conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet on the East Side of South MAin Street, of the
following described property:
Lot 7 in Block 6 of Lyon's Addition to Santa Ana, in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California~ as shown on a
map thereof recorded in book 15, page 49, Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 7th day of Earch , 1955.
