WHEREAS~ WILLIAM T.REETZ and LOUISE M. REETZ, husband and wife, as
joint tenants, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated March
3, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5 feet of the West Side of South Main Street; of the
following described property:
Lot 7 in Block 3 of the South Side Addition to Santa Ana, in the
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page 44, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 21st day of Narch , 1955.
