W/tEP~, ALFRED M. JASPER and LORENE JASPER, husband and wife, as
joint tenants, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated
March 5~ 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The South 45 feet of that portion of Block 2 of Lyon's Addition to
Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 15, page 49, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California, particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of said Block 2, distant
thereon 100 feet Southerly from the Northwest corner of said Block 2,
and running thence Southerly along the West line of said Block 2, 90
feet; thence Easterly~ parallel with the North line of said Block 2,
150 feet to the West line of the East 9 feet of Lot 9 of said ~ck 2;
thence Northerly, along said West line, 65 feet, more or less, to the
North line of said Lot 9; thence West along said North line 6 feet;
thence Northerly parallel with the West line of said Block 2, 25.02
feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 100 feet distant
Southerly, measured along the West line of said Block 2~ from the
North line of said Block 2; thence Westerly, along said parallel line,
144 feet to the point of beginning.
NOTE: Said land is shown on a map of survey recorded July 2, 1938,
in book 9, page 9, Record of Surveys, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 21st day of March , 1955.
