HomeMy WebLinkAbout55-087RESOLUTION NO. 55-87 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS~ ARTHUR C. YOUNGBERG, as his separate property, and JOHN H. SOUTHMAN, as his separate property, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated March 4, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: A strip of land one foot in width the southerly line of which is described as: Beginning at a point On the center line of Bristol Street, South O° 46' O0 West 390.73 feet from the Northwest corner of Section l, Township 5 South, Range lO West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian~ in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, County of Orange~ California, thence South 89© 55' 50" East 346.50 feet. All the above is shown on a proposed subdivision map of Tract No. 1980. NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of March ~ 1955.
