WHEREAS~ DORA M. HAAN, a widow, has presented to the City Council
grant deed, dated March 17, 1955~ conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet on the East side of South Main Street;
of the following described property:
Lot 6 in Bock 3 of Lyon's Addition to Santa Aha, in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 15, page 49, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
