WHEREAS, MATIE ROLLING, as to an undivided one-half interest, and
EVA JOHNSON, as to an undivided one-half interest, have presented to the
City Council a deed, dated March 15th, 1955, conveying an easement for the
purpose of constructing, repairing, reconstructing and maintaining a public
sidewalk and waters sewer, gas, telephone and electricity pipes, lines, cables
and conduits~ in, over and across the Westerly 5 feet of the real property in
the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Main and Bishop Streets,
running thence East along the South line of Bishop Street 168
feet, more or less, to a point 150 feet West from the South-
west corner of Bishop Street and Cypress Avenue; thence South
50 feet; thence West 168 feet, more or less, to the East line of
Main Street and thence North along the East line of Main Street
50 feet to the point of beginning.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
