IN 'i'~ AI~4INISTRATION BUILDING AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 5076.
BE IT RESOLVED: Tha% the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby
declares that any new leases or renewals of existing leases letting the use of
space in the building, owned by said City, located at ll04 West Eighth Street,
Santa Aha, California, formerly known as the Administration Building of the
Army Air Force, Western Flying Command, shall be for a rental determined by
the D~her of square feet of area let at a rate of twelve cents (12~) per square
foot per month for space on the ground or first floor and at a rate cf ten cents
(lO~) per sq~m.~e foot per month for space on the second floor of said building.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 5076 be and it is hereby
rescinded and annulled.
