AGRE~ WITH THE SANTA ANA BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR THE
JOINT CONSTRUCTION~ USE AND MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY.
WNEREAS~ THE City of Santa Aha and the Santa Ana School Districts h~ve
acquired parcels of contiguous real property which, in the interest of econon%y,
should be integrated in ~nagement, use and maintenance.
NOW~ T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha hereby declares its intention to enter into an agreement or agreements
with the Santa Ana Board of Education determining and fixing all matters relating
to the joint construction, use, management, maintenance and operation of the play-
ground areas, toilet facilities, park areas and other parts of said contiguous
parcels of real property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the ~th day of April , 1955.
