WRY, ROBERT I. BROCKBANKand BESSIE BROCKBANK, husband and wife, as
Joint tenants, subject to the effect of a declaration of homestead executed by
ROBERT I. BROCKBANKand BESSIE L. BROCKBANK, recorded March 25, 1951, in book
1090, page 14, Official Records, have presented to the City Council a grant deed,
d~ted March 30, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The South 48 feet of Lot 2 and the North 7 feet of Lot 3 in Block
"E" of Blee's Second Addition to the Town of Santa Ana, in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in book 30, page 75, Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
