WHEREAS, LOUIS WEINBERG and FRANCES WEINBERG, husband and wife, as
joint tenants, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated
January 14, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes, over
The Westerly 5 feet of Lot 7 of Johnson's Addition to Santa
Aha, in the City Of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof, recorded in book 26, page 55, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOP'I~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 2nd day of May, 1955.
