WHEREAS, SANTORA COMPANY, a California corporation, has presented
to the City Council a grant dee~dated January 4, 1955, conveying property
in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
An easement for street purposes, over
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
That property situated in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing on the East line of Main Street at a point 150
feet South of the Southeast corner of Main and Bishop Streets,
running thence East 175 feet to the Northwest corner of Trew's
Addition, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page
21, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; thence
South 156.7 feet to the Southwest corner of said Trew's Addition;
thence West 175 feet to the East line of Main Street; thence
North to the point of beginning;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 50 feet of said parcel of land.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 16th day of Nay , 1955.
