WHEREAS, LENA ZIRINSKY, a widow, as to an undivided one-half interest,
and LOUIS WEINBERG and FRANCES WEINBERG, husband and wife, as Joint tenants,
as to an undivided one-half interest, have presented to the City Council a
grant deed, dated January 14, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa
Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 2, as shown on a map of a Subdivision of a part of the
McFadden-Wilson Tract, filed in book l, page 54, Licensed
Surveyor's Maps, records of said Orange County;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 50 feet and the South 50 feet
of said Lot 2.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular m~eting held on the 16th day of May , 1955.
