RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA~
AUTHORIZING THE ACTING : DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO SIGN
PROJECT STAT~2.~T AND APPROVING AND ADOPTING A BUDGET OF
~PENDITURES FROM THE GAS TAX FUNDS.
RE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby delegates
and authorizes HUGN H. FOR~2~, ACTING DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC ~RKS, to sign, on
behal~ of said City, the Project statements s~owing work to he done during the
ensuing Fiscal Year and hereby adopts the b~get of estimated expenditure
recommended to be made during said e~suing Fiscal Tear in the City of Santa Aha
from the Gas Tax Fund, also known as the State Highway Fund resulting from the
Highway Users Tax F~uld as the same are set forth in the prepared estimates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLve: That the Clerk of the Council is directed to prepare
a certified copy of this Resolution for submissio~ to the State with the Budget
Estimates and Project Statements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 16th d~y of ~a.~£ , 1955.
