TO CITY OF S~TA ANA OF THAT CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY
DESCRIBED HEREIN ~WD DESIGNATED "WILD ANNEX't, AND GIVING
NOTICE OF TI~ AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF PROTESTS THERETO
WHEREAS, the Boundary Commission of Orange County, Califor-
nia, has approved the description of certain real property as herein
set out for the purpose of annexation and the Planning Commission
of Santa Ana has approved the annexation of said territory; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said real property have filed a peti-
tion with the Clerk of the Council, requesting that the City of
Santa Ana, California, annex said real property, stating that the
same is uninhabited, consenting in writing that said real property
may be taxed to pay any indebtedness or liability of said City con-
tracted prior to such annexation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana hereby declares its intention to annex all of said
territory under the provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited
Territory Act of 1939 and finds and hereby declares that said terri-
tory is deemed uninhabited since it had less than 12 registered
voters residing in it on June 2, 1955, the date when said petition
was filed, that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa
Aha, California, lies in the County of Orange, and is described as:

Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of
that certain Pacific Electric Railway right of way 80.00 feet
in width, as shown on a Map filed in Book 29, Page 15 of Rec-
ord of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California, with the Westerly line of Bristol Street,
as described in deed to County of Orange, recorded June 1st,
1949, in Bo~k 1851, Page 303 of Official Records; thence North
0° 53' 33" East ~458.15 feet along said Westerly line to the
center line of Delhi Road as shown on said Record of Surveys
Map, said center line being also the boundary line of the City
of Santa Ana; thence along said boundary line, the following
courses and distances: South 89° 22' 10" East 40.08 feet,
South 0° 53' 33" West to the Northwest corner of said Section
25, South 89° 22' 10" East 1008.78 feet, South 0° 38' 16" West
2315.00 feet, South 89° 22' 10" East 1628.00 feet to the West
line of the Orange County Flood Control District right of way,
75.00 feet in width, as shown on said Map filed in Book 29, Page
15 of Record of Surveys; thence North 0° 38' 16" East 2315.00
feet along said West line and the boundary line of the City of
Santa Ana to the center line of said Delhi Road; thence South
89° 22' 10" East 75.00 feet along said center line to the East
line of said Orange County Flood Control District right of way;
thence South 0° 38' 16" West 3073.15 feet along said East line
and the boundary line of the City of Santa Ana to the Northerly
line of said Pacific Electric Railway Right of Way; thence South
60° 52' 15" West 2471.08 feet along said Northerly line to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northerly having a radius
of llOb.28 feet; thence Westerly along said curve a distance of
552.54 feet; thence tangent to said curve South 89° 29' 15" West
99.11 feet to the point of beginning.
Bearings and Distances are as shown on a Record of Survey
filed in Book 29, Page 15 of Records of Survey in the office of
the Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said Council hereby designates "WILD ANNEX" as an appro-
priate name for said annexation.
That said Council hereby declares its intention to and it
will annex said territory to and include it within the Santa Ana
Elementary School District, Santa Ana High School District and Santa
Ana Junior College District and upon the completion of said annex-
ation, said territory shall be and become a part of said School
Districts.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that

July 18, 1955 at the hour of
in the City Hall at Third and
Natn Streets, in the City of Santa Ana, California, is the time and
place fixed at which said Cotuucil will hear protests made by any
person owning real property within said territory so proposed to be
annexed. At any time before said hour, any owner of any of said
property may file written protest against this proposed annexation.
Such protest should state in general terms, the owner's name and a
description and area of the property owned.
