WHEREAS, MILDRED R. DAVIS and ETHEL M. BURNS, as tenants in cowm~n,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated May 2nd, 1955, convey-
Lug property described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
The South half of Lot 9 in Block 8 of palm-r's Addition to
the Town of Santa Aha, in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof re-
corded in Book 34, Page 87, Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 6th day of . .~ne , 1955.
