WHEREAS, E~I~ENE BRESSEL and ~ERESA BRESSEL, husband and wife, have pre-
sented to the City Council a grant deed dated May 10, 1954, conveying property
in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California described as:
An easement for street purposes over
Parcel 1.
A strip of land 60 feet in ~idth, the canter line of which is
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Olive Street distant
thereon North 0° 09' 00" East 146.37 feet from the intersection of the
center line of Olive Street with the monu~ented center line of Fifteenth
Street, as shown .on Tract No. 1012 as recorded in Book 33, Page 19 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, said point being 1 foot
South of the North line of the l~d described in the deed to Carols Rogers,
a single woman, recorded June 24, 19~ in Book 1263, page 4% of Official
Records, and ru~t~g thence North O° 09' 00" East along the Northerly ex-
tension of the center line of said Olive Street 1 foot to the North line
of the land described in the above mentioned deed.
Parcel 2.
A strip of land 60 feet in width, the center line of which is described
as follows:
Begi~-~g at a point in the center l~e of Lowell Street distant thereon
North 0° 09' 00" East 147.04 feet from the intersection of the canter line
of Lowell Street with the monumented center line of Fifteenth Street as
shown on Tract No. 1032, as recorded in Book 33, at Page 42, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, said point befng within 1 foot of the
North line of the land described in the deed to Carols Rogers, a single
woman, recorded June 24, 1944 in Book 1263, at Page 45 of Official Records,
and running th~uce North O° O9' 00" East along the Northerly extension of
the center line of said Lowell Street, 1 foot to the North line of the
land described in the above mentioned deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOL¥~: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed
and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPT~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 6th day of Jtme , 1955.
