deceased, has presented to the City Coumcil a grant deed dated M~y 13, 1955
in consideration of $11,000.00, conveying property .in the City of ~anta Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as.
The West one-half of Lot 4 end the East 124 feet of
Lot 3 of Visel's Addition to ~he City of Santa Aha, a~
per map recorded in Book 3, Page 17, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AN~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of ~anta Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 6th day of June , 1955.
