WHEREAS, CHARLES S. GIVENS and JOHN CANNON have presented to the
City Council a quitclaim deed dated May 19, 1955, conveying property
described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly 5 feet
of the South half of Lot 9 in Block 8 of Palmer's Addition
to She Town of Santa Aha, in the City of Santa Aha, County
of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 34, Page 87, Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.. That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Oram~e County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on She 6th day of June , 1955.
