WHEREAS, EYELYN M. BACKU8 has presented to the City Council a grant
deed dated May 24, 1955, conveying property described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 5 in Block "C" of Blee's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, as sheba on a map thereof re-
corded in Book 30, Page 75, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to c euse said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 6th
