ACCEPTING GRANT D~
WHEREAS, LISA BUILDING CO., a Corporation, ha~ presented to the City
Council a grant deed dated April 13, 1955, conveying property in the City
of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Califomia, described as:
Lot A and Lot B, of Tract 2355, as per map recorded
in Book 72, Pages 33 to 36, inclusive, of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT ~LVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed ,.n~ the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ama at
its regular meeting held on the 6th
