ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, BESSIE N. KRISHER, a married woman, has presented
to the City Council a grant deed dated June 2nd, 1955 in consider-
ation of payment of $225.00, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly
l0 feet of the South 45 feet of the North 90 feet of
the East 90 feet of Lot l, in Block A, of Tract No. 132,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book ll, Page
Miscellaneous Naps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instruc-
ted to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the o~h day of June ,
1955.
