ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, DOROTHY LIPSCOMB BRADY has presented to the City
Council a grant deed dated June 3, 1955 conveying property de-
scribed as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described
property:
The South 42 feet of Lot 3 and the North 15
feet of Lot 4 in Block "E" of Blee's Second Addi-
tion to the Town of Santa Ana, in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 30,
page 75, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of J'~e .., 1955.
