ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED
WHEREAS, HONE OIL COMPANY, a Corporation, has presented
to the City Council a quitclaim deed dated May 10, 1955, conveying
property described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the South 60 feet of Lots 4, 5
and 6 in Block "E" of Blee's Second Addition to the Town
of Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of Callfo~ria, as shown on a map recorded in book 30,
page ?5, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of ~he Council is hereby instruc-
ted to cause said deed to be recorded withthe County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
