ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, EDWARD L. KRESS and BERTHA P. KRESS, husband and
wife, as Joint tenants, have presented to the City Council a grant
deed dated June 6, 1955, conveying property described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The South 60 feet of Lot 4 in Block "E" of Blee's Second
Addition to the Town of Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map
recorded in book 30, page ?5, ~iscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed tobe recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of ..~une , 195~.
