AND CLOSING OF AN UNNAMED ALLEY IN TRACT NO.
ABANDONMENT,
?~tEREAS, heretofore, on the 16th day of May, 19~ the City
Council adopted Resolution No. 55-138 declaring its intention to va-
cate an unnamed alley, which said Resolution was published and posted
as required by law; and
~{EREAS, public hearing was duly held on the 20th day of June,
1955, upon due notice in said Resolution and said posted notices
contained;
NOW, THEREFORE, AFTER ~JE HEARING, BE IT RESOLVED: That the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, from all the
evidence submitted, that the unnamed alley hereinbelow and in said
Resolution described is unnecessary for present or prospective street
purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said City Council hereby makes its
Order vacating, abandoning and closing up, for street purposes, that
certain unnamed alley in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An unnamed alley in Tract 1%9 extending Southerly from
Goetz Street to an alley parallel to Goetz Street, be-
tween Cypress and Orange Avenues.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular mee.ting held on the 20th day of June, 1955.
