WHEREAS, WILLIAM J. TRETHEWAY and M. IRENE TRETHEWAY, hus-
band and wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed
dated June 13th, 1955 in consideration of payment of $320.00,
conveying property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0
feet of that portion of Tract No. 999, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in book 33, page 10, Miscellaneous
Naps, records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Tract
No. 999, North 0° 13' East 64 feet from the Southeast
corner thereof, said Southeast corner being the North-
west corner of the intersection of Pine Street and Bris-
tol Street in said City of Santa Ann, as shown on said
map, and running thence Westerly along a line parallel
with the Northerly line of Pine Street, 126 feet; thence
Northerly~ parallel with the Westerly line of Bristol
Street, b4 feet; thence Easterly.parallel with the
Northerly line of Pine Street 12b feet to the Easterly
line of said Tract No. 999; thence Southerly along said
Easterly line 64 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of June , 1955.
