HomeMy WebLinkAbout55-187RESOLUTION NO. 55-187 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, ELMER LEE MYLAR & KATHLEEN B. MYLAR have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated June 8, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Cal- ifornia, described as: An easement for street purposes, over the following de- scribed property: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot "A" of the "Parker Tract", as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, Page 49, of Miscellaneous gaps, records of Orange County, California; thence North 0 24' 00" East along the Easterly line of said Lot "A", 257.95 feet to a point on the Southerly line of the Pacific Electric Railway right-of-way, 100.00 feet wide; thence North 89° 37' 30" West, along said Southerly lfne,.39.54 feet to a point; thence South 0° 25' 00" West 275-74 feet, and parallel to the Easterly llne of said Lot "A" and the Easterly line of Lot "C" of the "Fisher Tract" as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, at Page 90, of Miscel- laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, California, to a point in the Westerly extension of the center line of Third Street, 60 feet wide, as shown on said map of the "Fisher Tract"; thence East along said extension, 33.22 feet to a point in the West line of said Lot "C"; thence North 0° 24' 00" East, along maid West line, 17.56 feet to the Northwest co~ner of said Lot "C"; thence East 6.32 feet along the Northerly line of Lot "C" to the point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
